Summary[]

The Federation Council hearing regarding the issues that the Klingons and Nasgul have with Captain James T. Kirk comes to order (or lack thereof) to hear witnesses of his exploits, including Bela Okmyx, Leonard James Akaar and Anan 7. Ensign Fouton makes a suprising revelation.
