Events

• T'Pol undertakes a mission as a V'Shar agent, to the Vulcan outpost settlement on Trilan. There, she and a team of five others pursue a group of Fri'slen, cannibalistic humanoids carrying a blood-borne mutagen who were terrorizing the outpost.
• T'Pol tracks down the fugitive Vulcan operatives Menos and Jossen to Risa and pursues them into the planet's jungles. She kills Jossen (thinking he was reaching for a weapon) but Menos escapes.
• Fifteen-year-old Trip Tucker is attending summer camp at Roykirk School. The class are shocked when their scheduled teacher is replaced by a Vulcan, Velik, who tells them he aims to submit three ideas from the class to the prestigious Cherenko-Cochrane Competition, which requires a new idea connected with space travel.
• The Earth starship HMS New Zealand is launched for a diplomatic mission in Alderaan
• United Earth Starfleet is established around this year.
• The SS Yacona is destroyed.
• The Dorli Fai-tukh is assigned to the Earth Starfleet for interspecies training.
• The natives of Theta Cygni XII become extinct when neural parasites travelling from system to system infect the population.
