The 2270s was, on Earth's calendar, the eighth decade of the 23rd century. Some stardate systems have delineated this era from stardates ranging approximately from shortly before 7000.0 to around 7900.0.[1] Another stardate system simply has this decade fall from stardates 2270 to 2279.[2]
