1974: NASA begins construction of the space shuttle Enterprise.
1989: Reports claim that Khan Noonien Singh is killed along with hundreds of protestors at Tiananmen Square, though Augment Chen Tiejun is exiled from China. 2267: Aboard the transport Skylla, T'Prynn and Timothy Pennington locate and begin eavesdropping on Ganz's ship, the Omari-Ekon. (VAN novel: Precipice)
2399: The Federation Security Council's Secretary General Grebav transmits an official protest to Klingon Chancellor J'mpok for starting a Klingon invasion into Gorn Hegemony space. (STO novel: The Needs of the Many)
