In the primary universe, Talvath was a star with an associated system within the space claimed by the Romulan Star Empire. (ST reference: Star Charts)

The Talvath colony was a Romulan colony. (STO website: The Path to 2409)

In the 24th century, the Doctor Telek R'Mor commanded the Science-class science vessel RIS Talvath in the 2350s. In the year 2351, R'Mor and his ship became involved in a time travel incident. (VOY episode: "Eye of the Needle")

Active service[]

The Talvath operated in the 29th century. It was technologically a match for the Terran Mobius- and the Klingon Krenn-class temporal destroyers. The ARW Talvath, ISS Mobius and AKS Krenn were each equipped with a Manheim device. (STO website: Under Siege: New Temporal Lock Box and Lobi Ships)

The Talvath's counterpart in the primary universe was the Romulan R'Mor-class temporal science vessel RRW R'Mor. (STO website: Legacy of Romulus: The Romulan Temporal Ships)

During the establishment of the Romulan Republic in the Tau Dewa sector block in 2409, the Talvath was among the mirror universe starships of the Terran Empire, Klingon-Cardassian Alliance and Romulus targeted by the Tholian Assembly. While the Talvath performed flights, sister ships were captured by the Tholians and acquired by the Lobi Crystal Consortium, who sold them to the Khitomer Alliance. From 2410 onwards, the Talvath its class on the shipyards interfaces operated by New Romulus Shipyards, Klingon Defense Force Order of Builders and Starfleet Shipyards Operations at Khitomer Alliance facilities across the Milky Way Galaxy.
