Abraxas V

Abraxas V was a planet located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fifth planet in orbit of the Abraxas star system, in the space of the Romulan Star Empire.

In the year 2388, after the Hobus star's destruction of Romulus, the world's leaders claimed to be the new Romulan Senate and the world as the new capital of the empire. A similar claim was made by the worlds of (and respective leaders of the worlds) Rator III and Achernar Prime. (ST website: The Path to 2409)
