Adis was a Romulan man. In the 24th century, this rich and powerful politician was an influential member of Romulan Star Empire society. Rumour had him a member of the Praetor's inner circle. Adis was tall and aristocratic-looking.
In the year 2376, Adis travelled to the Titan colony in the Sol system to assassinate Rajari. Rajari's smuggling had interfered with Adis' private arms sales to the Cardassians. He was thwarted by Rajari's daughter Soleta. (NF novel: Requiem)
