Thaseen-Fei

Leader Thaseen-Fei in 2411.

In alternate reality, the Aetherians were a sentient lifeform, a tall humanoid species that operated a spacefaring civilization for many cycles by the 25th century. Their interstellar nation-state was the Aetherian Concordium. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Taken By Surprise")

Biology[]

Grendat-Bex arrives

Grendat-Bex in 2411.

Aetherians appeared humanoid but were exceptionally lanky, standing around 3 to 4 meters tall. Each hand had three, slender fingers. They had pupil-less eyes and appeared to lack hair. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Taken By Surprise")

Aetherians were as tall as Iconians. Skin pigmentation varied between individuals. Leader Thaseen-Fei had a pink skin while Leader Grendat-Bex was green. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Situation Under Control")

Aetherians could not exist in fluidic space. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Scorpion's Abyss")

History[]

Their Aetherian Concordium had been decimated by Borg for many cycles. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Situation Under Control")

The Aetherians brought peace to their galaxy. Members of the Concordium used advanced technology and espoused mantras of unity and strength. They wore skintight outfits with integrated technology, like a halo reminiscent of the Borg King's[1] and Control Borg Queen's[2]. Their ships resembled abstract geometric shapes. Overall, Aetherians appeared subtly like a benevolent counterpart of the Borg. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Taken By Surprise")

Following an invasion of fluidic space by the Borg Kingdom, the Aetherians established a pocket of space in that universe so they could maintain a presence there. When the Khitomer Alliance defeated Borg King Harry Kim on the Concordium's behalf, he cryptically warned that they might get betrayed by their allies. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Scorpion's Abyss")

Leader Grendat-Bex was able to temporarily overpower Control Borg Queen Tasha Yar when she tried to assimilate Iconian Alliance and Khitomer Alliance personnel. Soon after, the leader sacrificed their life to a massive Control Borg nanite creature to enable the Allies to escape. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Situation Under Control")
