Akhere Bis was a male Bajoran and the son of Akhere Juk. Akhere lived on Valo II in the 2350s.

Akhere first met Ro Laren in 2353. In 2357, Akhere and Ro formulated a plan to destroy Terok Nor using an explosive on a Ferengi ship, although Ro had second thoughts and stopped the attempt. (ST - Terok Nor novel: Night of the Wolves)
