The planet Albegad
Albegad is an important Deltan colony world, designed to closely mimic Delta.
Deltan planetary engineers used orbital bombardment and tractor beams to redirect icy-asteroids to terraform the planet as well as reshape the tectonic plates. Later Federation ecological preservation policies would forbid this, though it is a historically significant example of procedure before these rules were enacted.
