Alexander the Great (20/21 July 356 BC – 10/11 June 323 BC) was an ancient Human warlord, later known to be an alias of Flint, who was able to conquer most of the Europe and the Middle East in the 4th century BC. Because of his great skills, he became known as one of the greatest military commanders who ever lived. (TOS episode: "Requiem for Methuselah")

323 BC saw the end of Alexander's conquests. (Last Unicorn RPG module: All Our Yesterdays: The Time Travel Sourcebook)

Alexander was studied by the 23rd century historian Alexander Lazarus, who created an android, with the psi-clone, and imbued it with Alexander's personality and history. This android, like other androids of Lazarus, created a city on Gamma Alpha V. He was likely destroyed in the explosion of Gamma Alpha V on Stardate 10:26.3. (TOS comic: "The Legacy of Lazarus")

In 2268, Spock placed Alexander in a list of Human men who had wanted to have absolute power, such as Adolf Hitler, Julius Caesar, Napoléon Bonaparte, and Lee Kuan. (TOS episode: "Patterns of Force")

Mackenzie Calhoun took an interest in Alexander the Great after Jean-Luc Picard compared the two in 2353. (NF novel: House of Cards)

In 2376, Elias Vaughn read a volume of The History of Terran Civilization that was about Alexander the Great. (DS9 - Mission Gamma novel: This Gray Spirit)
