Alicia was a 24th century Human girl, born in the 2350s or 2360s decades.

Biography

Alicia was an inhabitant of Beta Hydros IV colony when that world was struck by Zelaznan fever in the year 2367. Her mother assured her that the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D was on the way to cure her, although she secretly doubted the vessel would arrive in time to provide relief for the hospitals in the Alpha Hydros and Beta Hydros star systems. (TNG - The Star Lost comic: "The Flight of the Albert Einstein")

Ultimately, the Enterprise arrived with medicine, and presumably Alicia was among the many saved.
