Alizome Vik Tov-A was a female Tzenkethi agent of the Autarch who served in the 24th century. A member of a problem solving class, Alizome served as the Representative of the Autarch assigned to negotiate the Tzenkethi Coalition's position within the newly formed Typhon Pact and later she was assigned to serve as the Tzenkethi liaison to the Romulan Star Empire.

In reality, Alizome had been assigned to a special mission by the Autarch to make the Tzenkethi Coalition the dominant power within the Typhon Pact. It was theorized by Autarch Korzenten that Praetor Tal'Aura would use the Romulan's military might and size to their advantage when lobbying for leadership of the Pact. He delivered broad authority to his representative to carry out her mission, which involved her murdering not only Senator Xarian Dor, but also her assassinating Tal'Aura herself in order to elevate a lesser threat to their Coalition to leadership of the Empire. Ironically, the Romulan Senate themselves appointed Alizome's preference for the leadership role: Senator Gell Kamemor - the woman who replaced Xarian Dor in the Romulan Senate. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire)

In 2382, Alizome relayed information about the Federation establishing new settlements on planets near Tzenkethi space at a meeting of Typhon Pact ambassadors on Typhon I. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Plagues of Night)

In 2383, Alizome negotiated with the Venette Convention for the Venetans to allow the Tzenkethi access to Venetan bases. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Brinkmanship, DS9 novel: The Missing)
