Alsuarian sneezeweed was a type of plant lifeform that was used as a food spice in the Delta Quadrant. Alsaurian sneezeweed was known to the Talaxian traveler Neelix. (ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)

While this was named "Alsuarian", it seems likely it might have actually been a reference to the Alsurans or Alsaurians.
