Amar Singh was a Human augment geneticist, living in the 25th century. He's a descendant of Khan Noonien Singh and hopes to carry on his legacy. In 2409, he was working with Klingon ambassador B'vat to get the resources to finish his projects. He was attempting to splice together Human, Klingon, and Gorn DNA to create an Augment master race. However, his plan failed, and he was arrested by Starfleet. (STO video game: Star Trek Online)

He was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole and incarcerated at Facility 4028. (STO mission: "Facility 4028")
