Amzel was a 23rd century humanoid man, an inhabitant of the planet New Brinden in the 2280s decade.

Biography

In the year 2287, Amzel was one of many who became ill with a disease that spread through the population. Prefect Witten was entertaining a landing party from the Federation starship USS Enterprise-A when guards attempted to capture Amzel, following Witten's order that all of the sick were to be rounded up.
