The Ana'siuolo were a burly humanoid alien civilization native to the planet Ana'siuol, a homeworld located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants. Members of the United Federation of Planets, the Ana'siuolo were distinguished by their single, multi-faceted eye just above a fleshy nose, and their generally jovial personalities. Their general affability made them natural diplomats. Ambassador Settoon, the Federation's representative to the planet Mestiko appointed in the year 2283, was an Ana'siuolo.
