Doctor Anders was a female Human school teacher who lived and taught at a school in Littleport on Ithic II.
Biography[]
When Anders discovered that Hulya Kiliç was being cared for by Rugal Pa'Dar, she approached Richard Townley of the local police force and Greene of Littleport's organizing committee. The three decided that Hulja should be taken out of Rugal's care, but when they went to remove her, Hulja became violently distressed and Anders called on Townley to withdraw. Rugal would later meet with just Anders and Greene. (DS9 novel: The Never-Ending Sacrifice)
