Andoran sweet root was a type of food substance, a plant root from the Delta Quadrant. The Andoran sweet root was a key ingredient in Neelix's Andoran oatmeal cookies, although after USS Voyager ran out of Andoran sweet root, Neelix was known to try and replicate the flavor by adding gizzy sweat to another type of root, uni-collagic tubers.
