Biography[]
By the year 2346 he had achieved the rank and title of legate, and was known for his focus on developing new military technology and for being a hard negotiator. As the leader and commanding officer of the Cardassian Central Command, he was the dictatorial ruler of the Cardassian Union. (ST video game: Infinite)
