Andrew Duncan was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Duncan was born in the mid 2240s as a Federation citizen and gained professional-level training in administration. He also became qualified in computer operation. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
He was an administrative assistant in the colony's support staff. Among Human colonists, he had the second highest psi quotient.
In 2283, when he was 37 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Duncan supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, although if forced to choose he preferred that the colony go under Federation control. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
