Andromeda Prime was a fictional planet appearing in literature of the 20th century Earth science fiction series The Adventures of Captain Proton.

Fictional history and specifics[]

In the year 2000, Captain Proton and ace reporter Buster Kincaid visited Andromeda Prime, managing to escape from a group of dangerous sand sharks in the world's desert.

Later, when Kincaid was shot by Dr. Chaotica's mind control ray, Proton tried to get through to his friend not to kill him, but to remember that they were friends. He cited some of their greatest adventures together, such as their visit to Andromeda Prime. (VOY - Star Trek: Explorer short story: "Kill Captain Proton!")
