Angus Peter Allan (1936-2007) was a British comic strip writer. From January to September 1969, he wrote seven Star Trek: The Original Series stories for the UK comic strips series. These stories were published in Joe 90: Top Secret #1–34.

In the 1960s, he wrote comic strips for a number of Gerry Anderson properties. In the 1970s and 1980s, for the British Look-In magazine, he wrote comic strips for Battlestar Galactica, Buck Rogers, The Six Million Dollar Man, Space 1999, Star Fleet, and many others, many of which were drawn by Star Trek artist Mike Noble. He also wrote four Space:1999 annuals.

Angus Allan was credited with writing the first seven UK stories in ST reference: New Life and New Civilizations: Exploring Star Trek Comics.
