Anissi Reshtarc was a 23rd century Klingon woman of the Imperial race.
Biography[]
Anissi was born in the early 2260s to the Reshtarc House. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, she was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
She gained qualified training in agricultural technology and worked as a farmer for the colony. She also became proficient in water vehicle operations. Among Klingon colonists, she ranked very highly in intelligence.
In 2283, when she was 20 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Anissi supported an alliance with the Federation but if forced to choose another option was slightly more likely to desire an alliance with the Klingon Empire over the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World.
