An antimatter injector is a component of the warp drive of a starship.
In 2376, Iliana Ghemor sabotaged the antimatter injector of the warp core of a Besinian freighter so that when the crew of the USS Defiant activated the warp core of the alien vessel, the antimatter injector cycled up to release at a extremely high rate.
