Anton Mikoyan Novochaeoive was a human male Starfleet officer serving in the 2280s. In 2285, Commodore Novochaeoive was the Project Genesis case officer for Starfleet Intelligence. When project data was leaked, eventually falling into the hands of Klingon spies, Novochaeoive was demoted to lieutenant commander and reassigned to Starbase 2.
