Antos was a female human who was a politician that reached the office of President to the United Federation of Planets in 2382. Amidst the ranks of Starfleet - the spacefaring branch of the Federation — Antos was apparently a figure of high-renown to younger crewmembers like the lower decker Lieutenant D'Vana Tendi. Biography[]
A woman that chose to enter a political career within the United Federation of Planets, Antos was nominated to stand before the Ground Council as a candidate for the office of President, which she was elected to serve in for a term that begun sometime after Min Zife departed. Holding the office in 2382, during the same year, the Federation oversaw the admittance of Targalus IX and dispatched the USS Cerritos to assist the natives with dismantling their now redundant capitalist economic system. While Antos was president, she was looked to with some regard from the perspectives of those within Starfleet - a space force under the Federation which was dedicated to the further expansion of their knowledge about the wider universe - such as the Orion D'Vana Tendi, a junior lieutenant that was a crewwoman onboard the aforementioned spacecraft. During a dream that Tendi had, the Cerritos received a private hail from the president, who wanted to speak with her. The younger officer asked Captain Carol Freeman to reroute the message down to the medical centre, but as the face of the Federation leader winked onto the screen, a burst of liquid erupted from behind it and the face of Antos was knocked to the floor as its owner exclaimed over the face which had taken form inside the brown substance, causing Tendy to wake up.
