The Aragos are a planet-bound race of humanoids from a world somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.
History and specifics[]
At one time in their history the Aragos had been a space-traveling culture and detected the existence of a Gateway to another galaxy. They sent a small expedition through it, which never returned. The members of the expedition managed to survive by using alien technology from a newly discovered foreign planet to enter hypersleep while their homeworld regressed technologically and went into isolation.
