Arali Prime was a planet in the Arali system, located in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants. It was the homeworld of the Adegeda civilization.
History and specifics[]
The planet has an opaque green atmosphere and a trans-dimensional surface environment. While some environments seemed quiet and benign, others featured erupting volcanoes and warring Adegeda airships.
Circa 2360, the Federation starship USS Billings visited Arali Prime to make first contact with the Adegeda. They encountered such dangerous shifting environments that Lieutenant Commander Kathryn Janeway was forced to end the away team's meeting with the ambassador, agreeing to figure out a safer method of communication.
