Arawath was an M class red dwarf star with an associated star system, located in Cardassian space in the Arawath sector of Zeta Andromedae sector block in the Alpha Quadrant. It had a magnitude of +7, meaning 1/10 the brightness of Sol. (ST reference: Star Charts; STO mission: "The Other Side")

History[edit | edit source]

The Arawath colony was founded on one of the planets of this system in the late 22nd century.

In 2409 the Terran Empire opened a stable portal from the mirror universe in this system. A Starfleet vessel took the Orb of Possibilities to this system and crossed through the portal to its mirror universe counterpart in an effort to close the portal. (STO mission: "The Other Side")
