Lieutenant Arbee was a Human male who served in Starfleet in the late 23rd century.
In 2268, Arbee was serving aboard the USS Enterprise, after a tour-of-duty aboard the USS Endeavour. On his first away mission aboard the Enterprise, Arbee was assigned to accompany Captain James T. Kirk and a landing party to the surface of a Class M planet in the Omicron Persei system.
Shortly after the shuttlecraft Ellis landed on the surface, the landing party was attacked by members of two warring tribes the Zhorans and the Kalans. During the battle, Arbee fired his phaser and ignited a pocket of dilithium gas that killed Arbee and the Zhoran attackers. (TOS comic: "Cura Te Ipsum")
