Argelian delight was a type of tasty dessert pie served by Argelians in the 23rd century.

History and specifics[]

During shore leave on Argelius II in the year 2267, Nyota Uhura and Christine Chapel ate Argelian delight at the Lion and the Unicorn restaurant. Chapel bargained with the innkeeper, trading a recipe for floating island to learn how to make the dessert.

Chapel was able to adapt the dish for the USS Enterprise's food processors. Her adaptation called for walnuts, graham crackers, butter, eggs, gelatin, cottage cheese, vanilla, whipping cream, butterscotch, and coconut. It was comparable to a butterscotch-cheese pie.
