Argus is a star with an associated system located within the Argus sector in the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant.

Argus consists of one type M red star with a planetary system, the orbit of which includes the tenth planet, Argus X. Argus was located in the general vicinity of Alpha Ophiuchi, Alpha Coronae Borealis, Beta Aquilae, 31 Aquilae and Rymus. (ST reference: Star Charts)
