Arlen McAteer was a 24th century human Starfleet officer. He was promoted to the rank of admiral in 2333, and assigned command of Starbase 32, overseeing the ships operating in its sector.
Biography[]
Shortly after his promotion, he ordered Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Stargazer to find and apprehend the pirate known as the White Wolf in 2333. (STA novel: Gauntlet)
