Doctor Arlene Bakker was a 24th century Human woman. She was a counselor in Starfleet and was assigned to Starbase 209 in the 2370s decade.

Biography[]

In the year 2374, Bakker admitted to Deanna Troi that station personnel would rather be out on the front lines of the Dominion War. Bakker agreed with Troi that Shana Winslow could benefit from therapy. (TNG - The Dominion War novel: Tunnel Through the Stars)
