An armory, also known as an arsenal, was a location where weapons and ammunition were stored. This could be a room in a building, a section on a space station or outpost or a part of a vehicle like an airplane, spacecraft or aquatic vessel.

History and specifics[]

An armory was located in the Obsidian Order's Grennokar facility. (DS9 novel: The Soul Key)

After weapons were banned from Caeminon, the remaining ones were stored in an old warehouse which was sealed up. Centuries later, Captain James T. Kirk and Rhuna used the weapons in the arsenal to fight the vegetable metalloids which were invading the city. (TOS comic: "Siege in Superspace")
