The Armstrong Center was a settlement on Earth's moon of Luna and was built on reference stardate -1/9904 during a period when more lunar stations were opened by various nations as well as several private corporations. This center was the largest of the new colonies and became a small city populated by scientists, technicians and support personnel. Furthermore, it began to grow due to a developing tourist trade that frequented the site. (FASA RPG module: Star Trek III Sourcebook Update)
- Presumably, it was named after Neil Armstrong. In-universe, its not known whether the Center is the same as Armstrong City or whether one evolved into the other.
