Arne Darvin was a Human male in the 23rd century.
In 2267 Darvin was to take up the position of assistant administrator to Nilz Baris of the Planetary development core on Deep Space Station K-7, coordinating efforts to colonise Sherman's Planet. He travelled to his posting aboard the USS Lexington where he met his fate. Gralmek, an agent of the Klingon Intelligence murdered Darvin, disposing of the body and taking on his identity. As Darvin, Gralmek intended to sabotage the Federation's efforts, though he was ultimately unsuccessful. (TOS comic: Beneath the Skin)
