Arne Darvin was a Human male in the 23rd century.
In 2267, Darvin was to take up the position of assistant administrator to Nilz Baris of the Planetary Development Corps on Deep Space Station K-7, coordinating efforts to colonise Sherman's Planet. He travelled to his posting aboard the USS Lexington where he met his fate. Gralmek, a Klingon Intelligence agent, murdered Darvin, disposing of the body and taking on his identity. As Darvin, Gralmek intended to sabotage the Federation's efforts, though he was ultimately unsuccessful. (TOS - Klingons: Blood Will Tell comic: "Beneath the Skin")
