Sisko's Creole Kitchen.

Artichoke balls were a sort of food offered as a periodic special at Sisko's Creole Kitchen in the 24th century, circa the 2380s decade. As described, this dish consisted of edible sections of a vegetable, artichoke, formed into a ball while being cooked.

History and specifics[]

In the year 2381, when D'Vana Tendi and Sam Rutherford visited Sisko's, that day's specials included artichoke balls, stuffed oysters and shrimp remoulade. They were joined by Beckett Mariner and Brad Boimler and enjoyed Ketracel White-Hot hot sauce with dinner. (LDs episode: "Grounded")
