Arturo Stiles was a crew member aboard the ECS Kobayashi Maru in the 22nd century.
He was presumably killed when the ship was destroyed. He was a member of the Stiles family, which would go on to have a prestigious career in Starfleet. (ENT novel: Kobayashi Maru)
