Councillor Arvith was a 23rd century Sarsith, a political leader who served on the Sarsith Ruling Council of Sarsithia in the 2270s decade.
Biography[]
When the Council requested Federation humanitarian aid, Arvith met with Captain James T. Kirk and Commander Spock of the starship USS Enterprise, explaining the circumstances of their world's plague, famine, and economic collapse after the end of a lengthy, successful rebellion against the conquering Mirmonot. During a meeting with the other councillors in the amphibian-friendly Council chamber, General Onoth interrupted with news that Doctor Christine Chapel had been injured in an aircar crash. Arvith advised Kirk to be cautious around Onoth. (TOS comic: "Quarantine")
