"Assimilation" was a Federation mission in the game Star Trek Online. It was the fourth mission in the "Tour of Duty" episode.

Description[]

Mission text
Commander Kelly is holding a position on Vega IX against the Borg. There are five Borg fortifications with active transmitters and forcefields, and the colonists are being rounded up. Speak to Commander Kelly and do what you can to help turn the tide.
