Asteroid P-16 was a large asteroid in the Norvel system which, in the 2370s, was the site of a chemical plant owned by entrepreneur Rod Portlyn. In 2376, Portlyn's Senior High Security Agent, Gerard, oversaw the upgrading of the plant's security systems. P-16 was located relatively close to planet Phantas 61. Shortly thereafter, ownership of the asteroid and its facilities was seized from Portlyn by a business rival, Patrice Bennett. (SCE eBook: The Art of the Deal)
