In [[2154]], an ''Ateleth''-class [[starship]] served as command cruiser for the Primate delegates of the Xindi Council. [[Degra]] had [[Degra's ship|his ship]] dock with the warship after meeting the [[United Earth]] {{dis|Starfleet|Earth}} {{class|NX}} {{ship||Enterprise|NX-01| NX-01}}. ({{e|ENT|E²}})

When remainder of the [[Xindi Council]] decided to end their isolationist stance within the Federation in early [[2410]], Primate dreadnought cruisers were shared not only with [[Federation Starfleet]] but also with the [[Klingon Defense Force]] and the [[Romulan Republican Force]] through [[Lobi Crystal Consortium]] intermediaries.
