Aulac was a planet, an inhabited class M world and adopted homeworld of the Aulacri civilization, located in the galaxy's Beta Quadrant. The planet fulfilled the species's particular requirements for their environment. (TOS novel: The Captain's Oath)
History[]
Following a cataclysmic war between the proto-Aulacri and the Kalabrosi on their shared, native homeworld Kalabros II 4.000 years prior to the 2260s decade, Aulac was colonized by the survivors. The Aulacri lost everything and started civil development from scratch. In their origin myth, a nuclear family fled a burning island, and spawned the Aulacri on their new home.
