For other uses, see Lancaster.

An Avro Lancaster was a type of aircraft flown on Earth in the 20th century. It was a British heavy bomber used during World War II, operated by Allied forces including Great Britain's Royal Air Force.

History[]

In the 20th century, a Lancaster was captured and brought to a museum on Beton III owned by a humanoid known only as the Collector.

In the 2260s, this Lancaster remained on exhibit in the Collector's museum, featured along with many other 20th century Earth vehicles in one of the main halls, including a British Gloster Gladiator biplane, a United States Saturn V rocket, and a German World War II aircraft. The Lancaster was likely destroyed when that wing of the museum was hit by an errant rocket blast. (TOS comic: "The Collector")
