Axis Council

The Axis Council was a democratically elected organization that administered the Axis of Time from chambers aboard the Axis Hub Station. Councillors represented several major powers from different eras in time. These councillors included Lirahn of the Selakar, Damyz of the Yeshel, Oydia of the Caratu, Temarel of the Chenar and Shiiem of the Zcham. (DTI novel: Watching the Clock)
