Bandee was a Human woman in the 24th century. Bandee was a Starfleet officer with the rank of Ensign and a nurse on Julian Bashir's medical team on Deep Space 9.
After Miles O'Brien injured his shoulder kayaking in a holosuite, Bashir treated him and told him to see Bandee if he experienced any further pain during the time that Bashir was expected to be away from the station on Casperia Prime. (DS9 episode: "Inquisition")
Keiko O'Brien once made an appointment for Kirayoshi O'Brien to have a check up with Bandee. (DS9 episode: "What You Leave Behind")
