Barbara Kesel was a Starfleet officer that served on the USS Enterprise-D in 2370.
Biography[]
She held the rank of lieutenant and was an assistant engineer. According to Geordi La Forge she was from the Dark Horse system. When the Pai dignitaries came to tour the Enterprise, La Forge allowed her to explain the warp nacelles to the Celestial Mechanic and the Astronomical Savant. (TNG novel: Dragon's Honor)
